Raise The Bar

As referenced in the movie. Raising the Bar is a campaign in Marin county, CA aimed at changing social norms around adult alcohol consumption and substance use at youth-centered events. It was developed in response to excessive drinking rates in Marin, which were found to be higher than 90% of California’s counties.
